| Mr. Frangiosa will lead the team as the company’s Chief Executive Officer and Director. Mr. Frangiosa has more than 25 years experience in the mobile electronics industry. He has worked for Audiovox (1979-1980), owned and operated a successful car stereo store (1980-1989), was the Executive Vice President of Sound Solutions (1989-2000) where he was in charge of architecting the technology of the company’s successful software products, and was the co-founder, President, and Chief Information Officer of MobileToys (1999-2002). Mr. Frangiosa has provided mobile electronics consulting services and has conducted many industry trade show seminars. |
